Orders are usually processed within 1-2 Days and based on where you are located are delivered within 2-10 business days within the Australia and 8-15 business days internationally.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your Refresh ThermalCool Pillow or Serene Pillow Fragrance within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund.
Defective Products: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund.
Wrong item Delivered: If you receive the incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Damage caused by misuse, product tampering, accidents, or neglect (e.g., exposure to extreme conditions, Torn or damaged when removing product from packaging, improper cleaning or drying methods).
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage including stains or fading.
Returns initiated after the stated refund periods.
Items not purchased directly from Refresh Bedding (e.g., third-party sellers).
