I love this pillow! It has helped me sleep at night, and stay cool during hot flashes. This pillow is great if you struggle with hot flashes from age related changes or anxiety related hot flashes! It also has the option to change how stuff you would like it to be by simply removing some of the foam pieces. Great product!
